Frequently asked questions
If you live or work nearby, you can make an appointment to pick up the work here in my studio. Email me to schedule a time when you will be able to come in. For a pick-up, please enter the discount code LOCAL at checkout and I will waive shipping costs. If you've already checked out but prefer to pick up, it's easy for me to refund the shipping charges to your original method of payment.
I do not generally accept returns, but I want you to be happy with your pieces. If there is a problem, or you are disappointed with your purchase, please contact me via email with the details within a week of receipt to see what we can do about an exchange. Always remember each piece is handmade and as such may have subtle imperfections.
