Im carfeul about the glazes I use for my work, everything has been tested to ensure its safety. Unless I clarify otherwise in the object description the work is food safe and lead free.
100% lead-free and safe

Can I put my pottery in the dishwasher? or even the microwave?

Yes to both! I have pieces of my own that I use everyday, and I've used them in the dishwasher for years with no problem. Just always be sure to treat them with care!

What if I live nearby and want to pick it up at your studio??

Accepted Answer

If you live or work nearby, you can make an appointment to pick up the work here in my studio. Email me to schedule a time when you will be able to come in. For a pick-up, please enter the discount code LOCAL at checkout and I will waive shipping costs. If you've already checked out but prefer to pick up, it's easy for me to refund the shipping charges to your original method of payment.

Do you accept returns?

Accepted Answer

I do not generally accept returns, but I want you to be happy with your pieces. If there is a problem, or you are disappointed with your purchase, please contact me via email with the details within a week of receipt to see what we can do about an exchange. Always remember each piece is handmade and as such may have subtle imperfections.
